My name is Opal Cocke and I want to welcome you to the website of Owen and Ollie Quilts, where you can see some of my art quilts and other fabric art projects.
Why Owen and Ollie Quilts? I'm often asked where the name came from. After the birth of Owen
And Oliver, my youngest twin grandsons, I was asked to make a baby quilt like the ones I had made for the O's. Word-of-mouth referrals and many baby quilts later, the name stuck.
Please browse my site and enjoy photos of my work.

Art by the Bay -
7/19/2008 - .
Camano Island, WA
We had a wonderful time in July at the Art by the Bay show, held at Utsalady School. We had a large family booth with our daughter, Krista Baugham, and her beautiful photographs of children. She has quite an eye. Roger had a display of ceramic art of Camano Island Pottery. I, of course, had an assortment of my fabric art, including some greeting cards from my "Remnants" collection.
Art by the Bay is a fun, family event with something for everyone. Watch my site for details and dates for the 2009 show.
